                           Transaction in Own Shares                           

                                2 February 2015                                

The Company announces that on 30 January 2015 it purchased the following:

  * 495,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a
    price of GBP 1.273333 per Sterling share.
   
These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following this purchase and non-cancellation of shares noted above, the total
number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:

Total number of treasury shares held by Number of shares in issue less shares  
the Company following the purchase and  held in treasury following the purchase

From 30 January 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded
