In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Augmentum Fintech plc (the “Company”) announces the following:

As at 31 January 2022, the Company’s issued share capital comprises 181,013,697 ordinary shares of 1p, each carrying one voting right.  The Company has 87,911 ordinary shares held in treasury,

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Augmentum Fintech plc is 180,925,786.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
