AURORA RUSSIA LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (THE "COMPANY")
Interim distribution announcement
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 9 March 2016,
shareholders passed resolutions to wind-up the Company and appointed Ashley
Paxton and Linda Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as joint liquidators
(the "Liquidators").
Further to the Company's circular dated 8 February 2016, the Liquidators
announce the following interim distribution (the "Interim Distribution"):
GBP 0.11858 per Sterling share issued
The Interim Distribution will be effected pro rata to the holdings of Sterling
shares on the register at the close of business on 8 March 2016 (the "Record
Date").
The Interim Distribution will be paid by CREST on 16 March 2016. Where
investors are not CREST registered, this payment will be by way of Sterling
cheques drawn upon a UK clearing bank posted to the Shareholder's registered
address as at the Record Date.
