Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that yesterday Alastair Smith, Chief Executive Officer,
transferred 2,803,245 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his
Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). As a result of this transaction his
beneficial holding remains unchanged at 51,728,296 Ordinary Shares, which
represents approximately 3.61 % per cent. of the current issued share capital
of the Company.
