Issue of Equity
Avacta Group plc (the "Company") announces that 1,758,419 ordinary shares of
0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued as to 1,538,462 pursuant to
contractual obligations for services provided to the Company and as to 219,957
pursuant to the exercise of share options.
Application has been made for 1,758,419 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 October 2010.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be
1,436,573,289.
