Avingtrans plc
AGM Statement
At the Annual General Meeting of Avingtrans plc (the "Group") held on 11
October 2006 all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed, including a
final dividend of 0.5p per share payable on 10 November 2006 to shareholders on
the register of members on 15 September 2006.
The Chairman made the following comments on current trading during the meeting:
"The business is performing to management expectations. I am particularly
pleased to note that the integration of our two recent acquisitions to the
Group's aerospace division - Sigma Precision Components, with its new 30,000 sq
ft. manufacturing facility in China and B&D Patterns, is progressing to plan."
