Bodycote plc (the `Company') announces that on 23 December 2013 it was notified
by the trustees of the Bodycote Employee Benefit Trust that the
following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2010 Bodycote Co-Investment Plan
("CIP").
