The Company has been notified that on 2 September 2015 Dr Michael Woodward, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,366 ordinary shares of the Company for inclusion in an ISA, at a price of £7.445 per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Dr Michael Woodward now has an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.012% of the total voting rights.
