Facility Agreement

The Company announces that it has entered into a Euro 30,000,000 overdraft credit facility agreement with The Northern Trust Company, London Branch (“Northern Trust”) for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective.  The facility is available until further notice. Interest will be payable on amounts outstanding at a rate agreed with Northern Trust.
