In accordance with Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (The Market Abuse Regulation), F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited, the Company was notified that Ms Trudi Clark (non-executive director of the Company) had purchased 19,410 ordinary shares in the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) on 7 September 2016 at a price of 128.3 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.002% of the Company’s issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Ms Clark holds 56,200 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0047 of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
