ordinary share, valued on a bid price basis:
Capital only net asset value 832.23p
Net asset value including income 832.23p
The above figures include the impact of the tender trade as announced on 24
February 2012. The amount of money to be returned to shareholders pursuant to
the tender offer (as announced on 23 February 2012) remains unchanged.
