Correction: Please be advised of the following correction to yesterday's announcement published at 17:28hrs.

Transaction in Own Shares

The number of shares purchased for cancellation was 11,000 and not 18,000 as previously announced on the 18 June 2015.

Therefore following the transaction, the Company’s issued ordinary share capital is 18,208,043 (excluding treasury shares) and 21,526,250 (including treasury shares) ordinary shares of 10p each. The total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 3,318,207.
