Mr Ivo Coulson was appointed as a non-executive director of Baring Emerging
Europe PLC (the "Company") on 29 September 2010.
Mr Coulson has advised the Company that he is currently a director of another
publicly quoted company, JP Morgan UK Smaller Companies PLC. There are no
details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R of the UKLA
Listing Rules.
