General Meeting Resolutions

At a General Meeting of the Company held on 15 January 2008 the two resolutions
that were proposed in connection with the amendment of the Company's Articles
of Association were duly approved.

Copies of the resolutions passed at the General Meeting have been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority and will be shortly available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14
5HS.
