The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the
Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2009 was 101.97p per share before accounting for the
3.0p interim dividend that goes ex-dividend on 19 August 2009, payable on 7
September 2009.
