Net Asset Value(s)

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the
Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2013 was 113.84p per share. An interim dividend of
3.0p per share is payable on 20 September to members on the register as of 6
September 2013. The interim dividend of 3.0 p per share has not been deducted
from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2013 as the
ex-dividend date is 4 September 2013.
