Net Asset Value(s)

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the
Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2013 was 102.51p per share.

The net asset value is stated after deducting the interim dividend of 3.0p per
share which went ex-dividend on 29 May 2013 and will be paid on 14 June 2013.
