Treasury Stock

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 20 September 2013 200,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in
Treasury at a price of 94.0 pence per share.

The total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue following
this sale consists of 85,338,769 of which 10,023,819 shares are held in
Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in
circulation following this sale is 75,314,950.
