Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base") wishes to advise that it has
received notification from substantial shareholder, Acorn Capital Limited,
advising that it currently holds an interest in 30,982,007 ordinary shares in
Base representing 5.49% of the Company's issued share capital, following a
total net disposal of 12,076,912 ordinary shares between 6 March 2015 and 16
April 2015.
