Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has today received the following notification.

Taurus Funds Management has notified the company that it has decreased its interest in Base Resources’ total shares on issue from 14.12% to 11.34% through the sale of 20,600,000 shares at A$0.22 per share for total consideration of A$4,532,000.
