Project Debt Facility Reschedule Completed

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (“Base”) is pleased to advise that the rescheduling of the Kwale Project Debt Facility, as announced yesterday, has become effective and is now complete following finalisation of the lenders political risk insurance.
