Results of Annual General Meeting

Base Resources Limited ("Base" or "the Company") (ASX: BSE) today held its
Annual General Meeting at the Duxton Hotel, 1 St Georges Terrace, Perth,
Western Australia 6000.

All Resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act, proxy votes
