BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading designer and
producer of broadband data and telecoms systems, announces that with effect
from April 14 2005, the company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr Ofer Bar Ner will
be reducing his day-to-day involvement in the affairs of the company for
personal reasons. During a transitional period of up to one year, Mr Bar Ner
will remain a director on the board of BATM. Mrs Sigalit Machluf, who is an
Israeli certified accountant and currently heads BATM's Finance Department,
will be appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer.
