                         Application for Block Listing                         

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence
each in relation to the Bellway plc (2013) Savings Related Share Option Scheme
to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List
upon issuance.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 3.5.5R of the Listing Rules.
