Share Trust (1992) (an arrangement to reward directors and employees) 56,673
Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares were transferred on 3 November 2014 to the
following directors for nil consideration under the terms of the following
arrangements:

Immediately thereafter, 26,704 Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares were sold at a
price of £17.3007 per share as follows:
