         Directorate Change and Change of Directors' Responsibilities          

Following the Company's recent announcement regarding the appointment of Denise
Jagger and Paul Hampden Smith as independent non-executive directors of the
Company, the Company is now pleased to announce that they will be joining the
Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees from 1 August 2013.

The Company also wishes to announce that Peter Johnson, the senior independent
non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will retire from
the Board at the expiry of his current letter of appointment on 31 January
2014. He will be succeeded by John Cuthbert as senior independent non-executive
director and by Paul Hampden Smith as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
