                Replacement of Announcement Made Earlier Today                 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Denise Jagger and Paul
Hampden Smith as independent non-executive directors of the Company with effect
from 1 August 2013.

Denise Jagger, a lawyer, has been a partner at Eversheds LLP since 2004, and is
a non-executive director of the British Olympic Association. Prior to joining
Eversheds she was Company Secretary and General Counsel at ASDA Wal-Mart from
1993 to 2004. Her previous non-executive directorships include Redrow plc (2007
- 2009) and SCS Upholstery plc (2005 - 2008).

Paul Hampden Smith, a Chartered Accountant, was Group Finance Director of
Travis Perkins plc from 1996 until his retirement in February 2013, having
worked for Travis Perkins since 1988. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and
non-executive director of Pendragon PLC. Between 2009 and 2012 he was a
non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Redrow plc.

There is no other information to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13
points (1) to (6) in respect of either of these appointments. At the date of
this notification the Company has been informed of the following interests in
the share capital of the Company:
