Beowulf's shares commence trading on AktieTorget Market
Beowulf Mining PLC (AIM: BEM), the AIM-traded mineral exploration company which
owns several exploration projects in Sweden including the Ballek copper gold
project, the Ruoutevare iron project and the Grundtrask gold project in
Northern Sweden, announces further to the signing of a connection agreement
with AktieTorget AB, that Beowulf's shares have today commenced trading on the
Swedish AktieTorget Market (www.aktietorget.se).
This agreement offers a facility for Beowulf's shares to be traded in Sweden as
Depositary Notes. Shareholders in Beowulf are able to deposit their shares with
Skandinaviska Enavilda Banken AB, via a London Bank, against the issue of
depository notes which will be traded on the Swedish AktieTorget Market.
Beowulf continues to be quoted and traded on AIM where it retains its primary
listing.
