Transaction in Own Shares - Correction

The following amendment has been made to the “Transaction in Own Shares” announcements released between 17:08hrs on 26 September 2016 and 17:16hrs on 30 September 2016.

Following the share conversion which took place on 26 September 2016, it has been noted that the numbers of the Ordinary shares in issue (excluding Treasury) for the Sterling and Dollar classes and the Total voting rights in the Company have been incorrected stated.  

Please note that the Ordinary shares in issue (excluding Treasury) for the Euro Class and the Ordinary Shares held in Treasury for all three classes remain as previously stated.  The following table sets out the amounts stated, alongside the corrected figures:
