Appointment of New Auditors

Following the explanatory note to resolution 10 within the notice of the 2014
Annual General Meeting the Board of Directors of the Company has now concluded
the terms of engagement of the Company's new auditors for the 2014/2015
financial year and has appointed Ernst & Young LLP.
