The Biotech Growth Trust PLC announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held
on 16 July 2010, all 14 resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March
2010, copies of which are available for viewing at the Document Viewing
Facility of the Financial Services Authority.
