Death of RGW Mackilligin MC*

It is with considerable regret that Bisichi Mining PLC announces the death of
Robert ('Bob') Mackilligin, a director of the company since 1975. Mr
Mackilligin was one of the Company's mining directors.

Michael Heller, Chairman of Bisichi Mining said: 'We are deeply indebted to Bob
Mackilligin for the contribution that he has made over the past 27 years to
this Company. Bisichi Mining would not be in its present robust position had it
not been for the hard work, dedication and expertise of Bob. He will be much
missed by the Company and his colleagues - and I will greatly miss him as a
friend.'
