Interim Results

Interim statement - Bisichi Mining plc (the 'Company')             

The Company announces that, in respect of the interim statements for the six
months ending 30 June 2005, it intends to avail itself of the rule relaxation
notified by the FSA. The relaxation extends the usual 90-day reporting
deadline, for interim statements, to 120 days. It is expected that the
announcement of the Company's interim statement will be made at 7.00 a.m. on
Friday 28 October 2005.

The extension is necessary as a result of the work required to ensure that our
financial statements comply with International Financial Reporting Standards.
