Result of General Meeting
Bisichi Mining Plc, the UK mining company with direct coal mining operations in
South Africa, is pleased announce that at the General Meeting held today, the
ordinary resolution to approve and authorise the proposed disposal of its 49%
shareholding in Ezimbokodweni to Hasty Shelf Trade and Invest 17 (Proprietary)
Limited (the "Disposal"), was duly passed.
