Placing and Offer for Subscription of C Shares
The Board of Directors of BlackRock Commodities Income Investment Trust plc
announce that as of 1 October 2010 85% of the Net Proceeds of the Issue have
been invested or committed to be invested in accordance with the Company's
investment policy.
The Net Proceeds of the Issue will be managed as a separate pool until
Conversion.
Terms set out in this announcement but not defined are as defined in the
Prospectus dated 1 September 2010.
