Announcement of change in Portfolio Manager
The Board of BlackRock Commodities Income Investment Trust plc ("BCIIT")
announces that Richard Davis has stepped down as the portfolio manager. He is
succeeded by Olivia Ker as the lead manager of the Trust. Thomas Holl will
continue as deputy manager, working alongside Olivia. Both are experienced
members of BlackRock's Natural Resources equity team and will provide
continuity in the existing investment approach.
We would like to thank Richard for all of his work on BCIIT since its launch in
November 2005 and to wish him well in the future.
