Change in Directorate

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Murray as
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Murray will
also serve as a member of the Company's audit and management engagement
committee.

Mr Murray is chairman and one of the founders of Ecofin Limited, a London based
investment firm which specialises in the global utilities, infrastructure,
renewable energy and energy sectors. He is also a director of Ecofin Water &
Power Opportunities plc, a quoted investment trust, Ecofin Global Utilities
Hedge Fund Limited, Ecofin Special Situations Utilities Fund Limited and Ecofin
China Power & Infrastructure Fund Limited and chairman of EFMI Funds plc. Mr
Murray previously sat on the board of Blackrock New Energy Investment Trust plc
and held senior corporate finance positions at Swiss Bank Corporation in London
and at Morgan Stanley Group, Inc., in New York, London and Australia.

Mr Murray has been a director of the following listed companies in the last
five years:-

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc

Ecofin Global Utilities Hedge Fund Limited

Ecofin North American Utilities Fund Limited

BlackRock New Energy Investment Trust plc

Mr Murray does not have any interest in the ordinary shares of the Company at
the present time.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Section 9.6.13R (1 -
6) of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules in respect of Mr Murray.
