Dividend Exchange Rate Set

Please note that the exchange rate for the interim dividend previously announced on 16 May 2016 has been set at 1.420799, which will make the GBP equivalent dividend payable 1.82995 pence per share (USD dividend 2.60 cents per share) which is payable to shareholders on 1 July 2016 (to shareholders on the register on 3 June 2016).
