TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
BLACKROCK FRONTIERS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
("the Company")
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the Rules"),
and further to the announcement on 24 September 2013 that 55,855,354 Ordinary
Shares would be issued and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on
25 September 2013 (as a result of the conversion of the Company's 63,566,000
C Shares into Ordinary Shares at a conversion ratio of 0.8787), the Company would
like to notify the market that the Company's issued share capital consisted of
the following as at 25 September 2013:
* 150,621,621 ordinary shares;
The ordinary shares carry the right to 1 voting right per share.
Therefore, holders of ordinary shares should use 150,621,621 as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under
the Rules.
