1. Investments have been valued on a bid price basis.

3. Following implementations of the May 2012 Tender Offer the Company's issued
share capital now comprises 119,776,919 Ordinary Shares, 4,760,637 Treasury
Shares and 23,500,217 Subscription Shares.
