1. Investments have been valued on a bid price basis.

3. Following the share buyback of 79,000 ordinary shares on 22nd
September 2022, the Company now has 101,513,911 Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding 16,415,027 Ordinary Shares which are held in Treasury).
