1.        Investments have been valued on a bid price basis.

deducted on the ex-dividend date.

3.        Following the share buyback of 20,466 ordinary shares on 29th
September 2022, the Company now has 101,443,445 Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding 16,485,493 Ordinary Shares which are held in Treasury).
