Results of AGM
Following the Annual General Meeting which was held today, we are pleased to
announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a vote on a
show of hands, including ordinary business resolutions 1 to 7 and special business resolutions
8, 9, 10 and 11:
(Res. 8) To increase the maximum aggregate remuneration of the non-executive
Directors to £150,000 per year (ordinary resolution)
(Res. 9) To authorise the Directors to allot Shares (ordinary resolution)
(Res. 10) To disapply pre-emption rights (special resolution)
(Res. 11) To authorise the Company to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares (special resolution)
Under listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be made available for inspection
at:

Proxy votes received in favour of the resolutions were as follows:
