ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

10 December 2014

Mr Charles Worsley, a non-executive Director of the Company, became
non-beneficially interested in the 3,000,000 shares held jointly in the name of
his father and mother, Mr Michael Robert Worsley and Mrs Jane Elisabeth Worsley
on appointment as an executor to his father's estate on his death on 22 July
2014.
