BlackRock Latin American Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces under Listing Rule 9.6.14 that Ms Carolan Dobson, who is a non-executive Director of BlackRock Latin American Investment Trust plc has been appointed to the Board of Woodford Patient Capital Trust plc with effect from 28 July 2016.
