Further to the Company's announcement on 17 February 2010 that the Board was
considering that the Company's US$ 80,000,000 unsecured convertible bonds due
2015 (the "Bonds") should be redenominated into amounts of US$1,000 each,
thereby resulting in 80,000 Bonds being in issue, the Board is today publishing
the notice convening the meeting of the Bond holders for 11.45 am on 11 May
2010 at 33 King William Street London EC4R 9AS (the "Notice").
