Results of EGM

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting which was held today, we are
pleased to announce that the special resolution to change the Company's
benchmark and accordingly to amend the stated investment objective was passed.

Under listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolution has been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority, and will shortly be made available via the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

99.8% of the proxy votes received were in favour of the resolution, 0.1%
against and there were abstentions of 0.1%. Over 28.7 million shares were
voted, representing 58.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
