Further to its announcement on 11 October 2013, BlackRock North American Income
Trust plc announces that 15,500,000 C shares of £0.10 each in the Company have
today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market
for listed securities under the ticker "BRNC". The ISIN for the C shares is
