plc announces that Simon Miller, a Director, has informed the Company that with
effect from 8 May 2013 he became a Director of JPMorgan Global Convertibles
Income Fund Limited, a company registered in Guernsey, which was admitted to
the Official List of the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed
securities today, 11 June 2013.
