                               Issue of C Shares                               

Further to its announcement on 16 September 2013, the Company is pleased to
report that it has received applications and commitments for a total of
15,500,000 C Shares pursuant to the Placing, Open Offer and Offer for
Subscription. Accordingly applications under the Open Offer and Offer for
Subscription and commitments under the Placing will all be met in full.

The Company has applied for the 15,500,000 C Shares to be admitted to the
premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
traded on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under
the ticker BRNC. Admission is expected to take place on 16 October 2013.

Commenting on the results Simon Miller, Chairman of the Company, said "The
Board is happy with the results of the C Share issue, particularly in view of
the recent major headwinds in financial markets, and looks forward to welcoming
our new shareholders to the Company."
